This specialization in Total Quality Management revolves around the formulation of customer-centered systems for continual improvement and positive feedback of the company. Students will be given in-depth knowledge as to integrating quality into all organization activities through effective communication, data analyzing, supervision and planning. Besides the technical and analytical aspects of this course, students will also be taught the fundamentals of HR to ensure that all members of an organization, from high-rank executives to factory workers, are in sync for maximum customer satisfaction. Students will be taught how to streamline supply chain management and hold all parties responsible and accountable for the organization’s output.
