Social Work Management

This program in Social Work Management deals in the identification of underlying problems of a community and strategies to effectively improve the state. The curriculum revolves around applying methodologies to deal with different community problems, understand interaction with socially vulnerable groups, and derive solutions to their problems through a group effort. GTIM has also inculcated other related topics in the curriculum like the coordination and finances and determination of organizational policies. Students will be able to come up with modern solutions tailored to today’s needs through the incubation of new ideas. The skills learned in this program can further be employed in improving our country’s state at a micro-level creating a ripple effect on a macro level, and serving clients.
