Call Centre Management is a program that has a goal and aims at providing the students with understanding and clarity along with coherence in their language and speech. End number of skills be it telephone etiquette or positive attitude is added and imparted through this program. This program is mainly for those who aim to be call/contact Centre Supervisors, Managers or Team Leaders. GTIM through this program will provide the basics on everything and give a proper understanding of technology, Channel strategy and execution, scheduling along with inculcating leadership qualities.
