Software Project Management

This program in software project management concerns itself with the responsible planning and supervision of software projects. Along with brushing up some technical fundamentals, students will be given the training to oversee teams of technology professionals involved in the development of software projects. Some of the core aspects of the curriculum include: formulating plans for project designs, overseeing budgeting for projects, submission and reporting of proposals, tiring and training team of software developers, and monitoring progress. On the successful completion of this program GTIM, students will be able to advance their careers from software developers to leadership and managerial positions.
